Following the BloggersAreUs’ Brunching Bloggers, one of the blogging beauties, Veronika, reached out to me to see if I could get together a little group of bloggers to have a meet up in one of London’s cutest cafes, Saint Aymes. Of course I opted in and I reached out to the lovely Bose and Serena to see if they wanted to join us for breakfast.
Saint Aymes is the home of the unicorn lattes, rainbow cakes and abundance of pretty flower backdrops. With their pastel coloured plates, gold cutlery and gold furniture; you’ll instantly fall in love. Topped off with the different flower walls, you are in an Instagrammers paradise. Just type Saint Aymes into search bar on Instagram and you will see everyone’s favourite Instagrammers having a pink latte topped with real gold.
We met up at 10am, to get the perfect outdoor table (for the gram – obvs). We were pleasantly surprised with how quickly we were served – which was great for getting photos before more people arrived. All four of us opted in for pancakes with berries and syrup and had the Marie Antoinette hot chocolate to quench our thirsts.
As expected, the food was perfectly pretty and came with lovely gold cutlery and pastel coloured dishes. In true instagrammer/blogger fashion, our food was cold by the time we had finished taking photos and were ready to it. It’s okay though, we got some pretty great photos.
Following our lovely breakfast, we ventured to Covent Gardens for another little photo session on the famous flower swings and in front of the Jo Malone flower car. Obviously, Covent Garden is a very popular location in London so we were not the only one’s with those ideas. It was a tad tricky getting a photo in front of the Jo Malone car, as you had to jump in and try to keep people out of the background – haha.
I honestly enjoy organising events and meet ups that help bloggers meet other bloggers and build genuine relationships. Its great way to learn and support each other. I’ll definitely be planning another meet up soon.
Another wonderful meet up with the BAU Squad, great food and great company – it really is our thing – haha!
