#CHRISTMASBLOGGERGIVEBACK | FIRST BLOGGER EVENT
An opportunity for bloggers and influencers to give back to the less fortunate.
Christmas is definitely one of my favourite times of the year, I love giving presents and spending time with those I love! I reached out to Jessica from Food & Baker to see if she wanted to collaborate on a blogger event for Christmas. Earlier this year I went with a couple of friends to give out food and water to the homeless around London, so when Jessica suggest we do fundraising as part of our Christmas event I was super excited! We decided to raise money for Centrepoint, as charity that raises money for supports homeless young people.

We started the day with a meet up at the Cutter and Squidge, a cute cake cafe located in Soho. The team at Cutter and Squidge were super lovely and made sure our event was comfortable and that we enjoyed ourselves. Jessica and I bought a really tasty salted caramel cake with the hashtag #ChristmasBloggerGiveBack on top of the cake. As well as donations, we asked for bloggers and influencers to donate blankets and jumpers. Sanoobar from Sanoobar Unscripted generously donated bags full of blankets which we are really grateful for. It was lovely afternoon at Cutter and Squidge getting to know all the other bloggers and it was an equally lovely evening at Winter Wonderland.

We then took a lovely stroll (lead by myself) to Winter Wonderland which was great fun. We had a look around and grabbed a bite to eat because we were all quite hungry after that walk. After we our hotdogs and chips, Katey and Luke had to leave to catch their train. It was sad to say goodbye to the lovely Katey and Luke, but we were joined by Kimberley after a crazy attempt to find each other through the hundreds of people. We decided to all ride on the carousel which was super cute and a lot of fun. I literally felt like I was a child again. Of course we also have to grab some chocolate cover Churros!

Thank you to Jessica and James, Katey and Luke, Francesca, Serena, Sanoobar and Kimberley for coming. It was great meeting you all and I cannot wait for the next one. A huge thank you to Jessica and James, Serena and Lisa for their donation. I thought it was important to mention a special mention to Katie B for your super generous donation, I hope to meet your lovely-self soon!
We still have a couple more days left, if you would like to donate to a great cause please follow the link below:
